At Gourmet Dining, we recognize how stressful college can be. Between classes, studying, activities, jobs and even living away from home – students just want a place to go to for some good food to energize their body and mind. And, what’s better than having a delicious, home cooked meal? Our culinary chefs are doing just that – bringing home to the campus with made-from-scratch recipes full of robust and diverse flavors. For example, our hand-tossed pizzas are made with fresh dough, Jersey tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella and our pasta is made with fresh dough and cooked right in front of students. We also always offer chef’s choice entrees daily. Our chefs take pride in the food they cook and relationships they build with students – preparing meals from the heart, customizing orders the way they want and providing forums for them to share feedback. They treat students like family – asking about their day, sparking up conversations and making them feel right at home.
